If you wish to return an item or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Pack the item securely, including the original packaging if possible. Send it back to us using the shipping method specified in our instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

2. Return and Refund Scenarios

2.1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

2.2. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and send you the correct item or issue a full refund.

2.3. Items Not Received
If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and either issue a refund or reship the item based on the outcome of the investigation.

2.4. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled without penalty if we receive your cancellation request before the order is processed. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process to return the item and receive a refund.

2.5. Returns for Personal Preference
If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or Custom Orders: Items made to your specifications or personalized are final sale.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
